CVS support
The CVS system will have to support a local repository as well as a global repository. Thus you should be able to check your changes into the local repository, and only synchronize it with the global (internet) repository when you are connected. This should be handled with some amount of automation, and should also be thread-safe to enable running the synchronization in a separate thread. It should also support multiple projects from multiple global cvs repositories.
